Bitcoin ATM maker Lamasu hit a major milestone just as 2013 came to a close. Just this week, the company announced it had sold its 100th machine.

The company even created a map to show where its Bitcoin ATMs are live around the world. The map can be found here.

In total, 120 machines have been ordered. So far, only a portion of ordered machines have been delivered. Orders should be all delivered sometime in the spring.

“We will be shipping to 25 different countries, ranging from Canada to Kyrgyzstan,” said Lamassu CEO Zach Harvey. “We’ve translated our interface into more than a dozen languages, including Russian, Chinese and Friulian.”

Lamassu’s machines first went on sale in August as pre-orders, each ATM costing $5,000. A number of ATMs have gone up in places such as Stockholm and Bratislava, but the first to be installed permanently went live in Helsinki earlier this month.

Lamassu says its machines can accept banknotes from more than 200 different countries and can process transactions in less than 15 seconds.

“It’s always exciting for a young startup to have sales ramp up, but what’s really thrilling for us is to know that these will be out in the wild, providing millions of people with effortless access to Bitcoin every single day,” Harvey said.
