Arco selected for Brinc–Ripple HFIP to expand Hong Kong institutional partnerships

September 8, 2026 – Arco, a real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform developed by Undefined Labs, has been selected for the Hong Kong Financial Innovation Program (HFIP) 2026, operated by global accelerator Brinc in partnership with Ripple. Through the program, Arco plans to strengthen its relationships with Hong Kong financial institutions and digital asset companies, advancing institutional RWA distribution and the commercial adoption of onchain financial services.

HFIP is a 12-week program supporting startups building practical financial applications using the XRP Ledger (XRPL). This cohort comprises 10 startups, including Arco, working across payments, financial infrastructure, and digital assets. Participants receive technical integration support, mentorship from financial industry professionals, introductions to corporate and investor networks, and assistance with entering the Hong Kong market.

Arco’s primary objective is to develop concrete business collaboration opportunities with Hong Kong financial institutions. Leveraging Brinc and Ripple’s networks, the company aims to deepen engagement with financial institutions, asset managers, and digital asset infrastructure providers, developing partnership models that connect product supply, distribution, and investor access.

In particular, Arco will assess the product structures, technical integrations, custody arrangements, and operational frameworks needed to distribute institutional RWA products onchain. Its business development efforts will focus on translating these discussions into practical deployments, connecting Korean financial institutions with global RWA markets while expanding institutional partnerships across Asia from Hong Kong.

Arco is building a platform that supports tokenized financial product issuance operations and onchain distribution, connecting global product providers with institutional and onchain investors. During the program, it will explore how XRPL can complement its existing business model and further develop RWA distribution services tailored to institutional demand.

Founded in Hong Kong in 2014, Brinc is a global accelerator backed by Animoca Brands. It has worked with major corporations and public-sector organizations to deliver startup development, technology validation, and commercialization programs. Through HFIP, Brinc supports participating companies in moving beyond technical development to identify enterprise partnerships and market-entry opportunities.

“Through this program, we aim to deepen our engagement with Hong Kong financial institutions and turn those connections into concrete discussions around product distribution and service deployment,” said Mike Mu, CEO of Arco. “By combining Arco’s RWA distribution platform with our network of Korean financial institutions, we will work to build practical onchain financial use cases connecting Korea and Hong Kong.”
