HYVE acquires RAISE Summit, Machina Summit and Signal Week
Hyve acquires Europe’s leading AI, robotics and crypto events, establishing a leadership position in AI while strengthening its fintech portfolio alongside Fintech Meetup.

July 20, 2026 – Hyve, the leading organiser of B2B events, has acquired RAISE Summit, Machina Summit and Signal Week (formerly Paris Blockchain Week), establishing a new AI SuperVertical while strengthening its position in fintech through the addition of Europe’s leading crypto event alongside Fintech Meetup, just weeks after launching Ascend30, its value creation plan through to 2030.
The three events bring together the founders, enterprises, investors and policymakers shaping the future of intelligent technologies.
The founder-led businesses are a natural fit for Hyve’s portfolio, combining market-leading positions, exceptional senior audiences and clear opportunities to enhance the customer experience through meetings, Table Talks and future international expansion.
Three events at the centre of the technologies reshaping the global economy.
• RAISE Summit is Europe’s leading AI event. In 2026, it attracted more than 9,000 attendees from around 90 countries, alongside 350+ speakers and 200+ sponsors. The event is distinguished by the seniority of its audience, with almost A third of buyers coming from the C-suite of Fortune 1000, CAC 40, FTSE 100, DAX and S&P 500 companies. Previous speakers include Eric Schmidt (Former CEO of Google), Mark Cuban, Pat Gelsinger (former CEO of Intel) and Marcelo Claure (former CEO of SoftBank Group).
• Machina Summit is Europe’s leading event dedicated to physical AI and robotics, bringing together founders, researchers, investors, industrial leaders and policymakers shaping the next generation of intelligent machines. The event explores how AI is moving beyond software into the physical world through humanoid robotics, industrial autonomy and advanced human
machine systems. With a programme spanning technical deep dives, strategic discussions and live demonstrations, Machina extends the RAISE ecosystem into one of the fastest emerging frontiers of artificial intelligence.
• Signal Week (formerly Paris Blockchain Week) is Europe’s flagship blockchain and crypto event. The next edition will take place in July 2027 at the Palais des Congres in Paris, following a 2026 event that welcomed more than 10,000 attendees from over 100 countries, alongside 320+ speakers and 400+ sponsors. 70% of attendees were C-suite executives, with speakers including Jeremy Allaire (Co-founder and CEO, Circle), Changpeng “CZ” Zhao (Founder, Binance), Adam Back (Co-founder and CEO, Blockstream) and Tim Draper (Founder, Draper Associates).
Signal Week, RAISE Summit and Machina Summit were founded by Michael Amar, Charlie Meraud, Henri Delahaye and Hadrien de Cournon, entrepreneurs who built the brands by creating communities around emerging technologies long before they reached the mainstream.
Digitisation, product extension and international expansion with Hyve
Hyve will build on the success of RAISE Summit, Machina Summit and Signal Week by applying selected elements of its proven best practice blueprint, enhancing the customer experience through technology-enabled meetings and Table Talks, while using its commercial, marketing and operational expertise to further strengthen the events.
The portfolio also offers significant opportunities for international expansion through geo-cloning.
All three events will join Hyve’s dedicated Acquisitions and Best Practice division to benefit from bespoke strategic planning and integration support.
Mark Shashoua, Chief Executive Officer at Hyve, said: “RAISE Summit, Machina Summit and Signal Week are category-defining brands built by exceptional founders who understood where their industries were heading before most others. Michael, Charlie, Henry and Hadrien have created communities with extraordinary reach, influence and momentum, and we’re excited to welcome them to Hyve.
“AI is entering a new phase of maturity, where innovation is increasingly shaped by collaboration between founders, enterprises, investors and policymakers. That makes this an incredibly exciting space to step into, and we’re looking forward to helping these ecosystems continue to grow and thrive.
“Meanwhile, we’re also excited to strengthen our Fintech portfolio, adding to our existing Fintech Meetup US and Europe events with specialist crypto and blockchain expertise.”
Michael Amar, Chairman of RAISE Summit & Paris Blockchain Week, said: “I’ve always believed you need to be in an industry before you organise it. That’s how we built our events: by understanding what these communities needed and creating the place where the people shaping them could come together.
“Joining Hyve marks an exciting new chapter. Their world-class team, proven growth strategy and deep expertise in building market-leading event brands make them the ideal partner to help us strengthen our events, serve our communities even better and realise our long-term ambition.”
These acquisitions are another step in the execution of Ascend30 and follows the acquisitions of LegalTechTalk and Virtuosi League within the last month.
