San Francisco, CA, March 2, 2026Botwork Orange Capital, a new venture fund dedicated to advancing Bitcoin-powered autonomous artificial intelligence (AI), announces its official launch. The fund is set to back founders who are creating the monetary layer of an emerging “Machine World.” By leveraging Bitcoin’s robust and permissionless network, Botwork Orange aims to fund projects that enable autonomous AI agents to manage, allocate, and grow capital without reliance on traditional banking systems.

The team brings together deep expertise from the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors. Mike Maloney, co-founder of both Galaxy Digital (NYSE:GLXY) and Bitmine (NSDQ:BMNR) and former CFO of the world’s largest transformer capacity crypto data center, Coinmint, joins the effort alongside Mason Borda, co-founder of Tokensoft, a compliant token issuance platform behind over $1 billion in raises, including the first SEC-approved token IPO on Ethereum, which raised $125 million. Borda previously built Ethereum custody infrastructure at BitGo (NYSE: BTGO).

The team trio is completed by Ryan Condron—inventor of autonomous robotic cargo delivery by airship, founder and former CEO of Titan Mining, early engineer at Bloq, and 15-year bitcoin mining pool veteran (2013). Supporting the team is a silent partner who previously served at the C-Level for two top-10 blockchains and is a partner at a mid-nine-figure Silicon Valley venture capital (VC) firm.

Botwork Orange’s vision is rooted in supporting human prosperity born by free-market capitalism, but today’s fast-paced, relentless growth exacts a toll on human labor and well-being. The fund’s mission is to “swap in the machines,” allowing autonomous, Bitcoin-backed AI agents to compete, compound, and optimize capital at speeds unattainable by humans. The approach is intended to free individuals from the relentless grind, enabling them to reap the dividends generated by their own machine-driven wealth creation.

Mason Borda of Botwork Orange said:

“Bitcoin was designed for the world of autonomous AI agents. Permissionless, peer-to-peer, no intermediaries required. The free market now has a fourth dimension defined by automated commerce that generates and compounds value on its own.”

Targeted investments will focus on breakthrough technologies that facilitate portfolio automation across multiple blockchains, privacy-preserving permissionless trade, agent-to-agent debt issuance and settlement, autonomous treasury management, and on-chain AI coordination layers. Additional areas of interest include off-chain coordination frameworks for self-aggregating capital pools, recursive bridging/borrowing/lending protocols powered by AI agents, and any innovation that enables machines to stack satoshis, route trades, and capture yield continuously.

Ryan Condron of Botwork Orange added:

“Our goal is to empower developers to build truly permissionless, privacy-preserving financial agents on-chain. When machines can manage capital without human limitations, the resulting efficiency reaches unprecedented abundance for everyone.”

From the earliest days of Bitcoin mining pools to today’s AI-driven on-chain economies, the technology has always been about decentralizing power. Botwork Orange is supporting these efforts and developments, seeking to foster a future in which machines interact autonomously to generate wealth, with the resulting returns flowing back to the humans who hold the private keys.
