Astana, 07 November 7, 2025 – Cointelegraph and the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance the country’s Web3 ecosystem and promote Kazakhstan as a regional hub for digital innovation.
The partnership focuses on strengthening international awareness of Kazakhstan’s progress in blockchain, artificial intelligence, and fintech development, fostering collaboration between government, business, and the global Web3 community.
“The cooperation marks an important milestone for our national digital agenda,” said Zhaslan Madiyev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. “It enhances Kazakhstan’s international visibility as a regional technology hub, helping to attract investors, global experts, and innovative companies to our ecosystem, and promote domestic Web3 initiatives to the global stage.”

The MoU outlines a broad framework for cooperation, including the development of educational programs and workshops for government agencies and private sector participants, joint analytical research, and co-organization of major Web3 and fintech events in Kazakhstan. The collaboration also envisions producing original media content and research to highlight Kazakhstan’s digital transformation to Cointelegraph’s global audience.
