Artem Tolkachev

Artem Tolkachev is a blockchain entrepreneur, investor, and legal expert specializing in digital assets, DeFi, and tokenization. Since 2013, he has been involved in crypto, focusing on regulation, decentralized finance, and institutional blockchain adoption. Previously, Artem founded and led the Deloitte CIS Blockchain Lab, working on enterprise blockchain solutions, security token structuring, and crypto regulation. He later founded several startups, focusing on on-chain lending, investment automation, and asset tokenization.
