Mark Foster

Foster is also a vice chair for the British Chamber of Commerce's Future Relations Committee, and was previously vice chair of the Financial Services and Company Law Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union. He holds postgraduate degrees from the University of Edinburgh and from the L'institut Europeen des Hautes Etudes Internationales in Nice, France.
