BitMEX, the OG crypto derivatives exchange, announced Monday the launch of “Decade of BitMEX,” a global campaign featuring a $1 million prize pool to celebrate its 10-year anniversary.

The global campaign began on Nov. 25 and runs through Dec. 14, 2024. The prize pool is available to new, existing, and returning traders on BitMEX.
Key highlights of the campaign include:

Users can receive the discount as a 50% rebate on their transaction (of up to 50 USDT), with a minimum purchase requirement of $100. Rewards will be distributed as airdrop after the campaign end date.
Additionally, BitMex will unveil a new mission for its traders every day at 00:00 UTC from now through Dec. 14 for users to claim daily rewards. Complete these daily tasks to earn up to 200 USDT over the campaign period.

However, there are various terms and conditions. For starters, the $1 million prize pool is available to returning users who have not traded on BitMEX in the past 360 days. The 50% BTC discount can only be used once during the campaign period as well.
Neither corporate entities nor individual users trading via corporate accounts are allowed to participate in this competition. All calculations will be determined by BitMEX in its sole discretion.
