Belong launches AI Deploy

SponsoredPublishedJun 12, 2026

Belong today announced the launch of AI Deploy by Belong and a major upgrade to Belong CheckIn venue treasury capabilities.

Palo Alto, June 12, 2026 - Belong today announced the launch of AI Deploy by Belong and a major upgrade to Belong CheckIn venue treasury capabilities, combining AI agents, on-chain check-ins, NFT ticketing, venue rewards, LONG settlement, and branded mobile experiences into one connected operating layer for live events. Belong’s event network is now live across more than 200 cities.

The launch comes as AI agents move from chat demos into operational work that needs payment rails, verified real-world data, and human review. In live events, those needs converge: money, access, attendance, guest communication, sponsor deliverables, and promoter payouts all move quickly.

AI Deploy supports bookings, sponsor outreach, guestlist questions, VIP requests, table DMs, venue operations, customer support, campaign follow-up, and post-event community engagement. Instead of forcing teams into another dashboard, AI Deploy brings agents into Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, and other messenger-first channels.

Together with Belong CheckIn, Belong’s QR and NFC venue rewards layer, AI Deploy connects digital campaigns with verified real-world attendance. CheckIn launched earlier as Belong’s venue rewards product; the new upgrade strengthens treasury workflows so operators can manage deposits, settlement options, promoter payouts, customer payments, rewards, and withdrawals with more control.

“Live events run on conversations and on money moving, not just checkout pages,” said Joseph O’Donnell, CMO of Belong. “A promoter closes a table in DMs, a venue manager approves a guestlist exception five minutes before doors, and someone still has to settle the rewards. Belong is building the operating layer for those moments: AI agents for the work, CheckIn for verified attendance and on-chain settlement, NFT tickets for access, and native mobile surfaces for the guest experience. The agent prepares; a person still approves what matters.”

AI agents for event operations

AI Deploy by Belong lets operators launch AI agents on accounts and infrastructure they control. Teams can connect their cloud account, AI provider, and messaging channels, then deploy agents that support bookings, sponsors, promoter operations, guest services, and venue workflows.

For organizers, AI Deploy can research sponsor prospects, draft outreach, prepare partner briefs, and track deliverables. For promoters, it can classify DMs by guestlist, table, VIP, comp, complaint, and policy request, then flag sensitive messages. For musicians, DJs, venues, and hospitality teams, it can maintain booking queues, triage inquiries, extract key details, and prepare replies for manager approval.

AI Deploy is designed as a review-first system. Agents can draft, classify, research, summarize, route, and prepare actions, while humans approve money, access, safety, sponsor promises, refunds, contracts, venue policies, and other sensitive decisions.

Belong is also introducing the AI Deploy Concierge as a front door for operators who want help launching agents. The Concierge runs as a Telegram bot, so teams can start in chat and move into deployment, setup, and guided operations.

OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and the Belong Events skill

AI Deploy supports two runtime paths with parity for the core workflow: OpenClaw and Hermes Agent. Both let operators run AI agents on private infrastructure with messenger workflows, persistent memory, dashboard access, secure secret intake, backups, and Belong Events skill support.

Belong has also published its Belong Events skill for OpenClaw. The skill is distributed on ClawHub and gives agents a defined tool surface for event discovery, hub discovery, checkout links, NFT ticket deployment, venue check-ins, organizer tools, attendee actions, branding, bracelet flows, referral flows, and venue treasury actions.

The skill supports account linking through email OTP, so protected actions can be authenticated without asking users to paste raw credentials into chat. Once linked, agents can help attendees list tickets and check-ins, help organizers create and update events or hubs, deploy ticket tiers, and support venue tools such as approvals, rewards, deposits, payments, bracelet balances, and withdrawals.

CheckIn treasuries and verified attendance

Belong CheckIn is Belong’s venue affiliate and rewards layer for physical spaces, available through the CheckIn app. It lets venues, events, and hospitality teams verify real-world visits through QR and NFC check-ins, reward customers and promoters, and measure campaign activity from one dashboard.

Every CheckIn campaign connects three parts of the event economy: the venue or organizer funding the campaign, the promoter who brings people in, and the customer who verifies attendance. The upgraded treasury layer supports campaign balances, deposits, customer venue payments, promoter payouts, settlement options, and withdrawals using USDC or LONG, with non-tradeable credit tokens used to track USD-denominated reward credits.

For safety, venue treasuries are backed by Safe smart accounts. Each venue’s money sits in its own dedicated on-chain treasury rather than in an operator’s personal wallet, balances are isolated per venue, and every movement of funds requires an explicit, signed, auditable transaction. Because the treasuries are built on Safe, they are designed to extend to multiple signatories: venues will be able to add co-signers and require an approval threshold for larger deposits, payouts, and withdrawals. A treasury can move from a single signer to a multi-signer setup in place, without migrating funds or changing the treasury address.

CheckIn keeps the guest experience simple with gasless check-ins, no required wallet setup, embedded wallets, signature-based actions, and familiar payment flows such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. AI Deploy can help a venue set up a campaign, answer customer questions, onboard promoters, summarize activity, flag payout questions, and suggest adjustments.

NFT tickets, mobile apps, and LONG settlement

Belong’s event stack also includes NFT ticketing and tokenized access for events, conferences, concerts, memberships, and communities, with credit-card checkout, background wallet creation, QR-code entry, ticket-holder chats, push notifications, and marketing tools.

Belong also supports whitelabel deployments and native iOS and Android apps, giving venues, festivals, communities, and entertainment operators a branded front door for access, rewards, content, and engagement while connecting back to Belong’s check-in, ticketing, reward, and AI operations infrastructure.

LONG is the Belong utility token used inside the network. Venue treasuries can settle deposits, promoter payouts, customer payments, and rewards in USDC or LONG, while staking tiers unlock campaign and platform features for operators. As AI Deploy makes it easier to launch and run CheckIn campaigns, more event operations can flow through the same rails, connecting agent activity, verified attendance, and on-chain settlement.

LONG is tracked on CoinMarketCap and available to trade on Gate and MEXC.

Availability

AI Deploy by Belong is available now, and operators can get started with the AI Deploy Concierge on Telegram. Belong CheckIn is live, with product details on the Belong CheckIn page. Belong’s event, ticketing, access, and mobile experience stack is online, and the Belong Events skill is published on ClawHub.
