Zug, Switzerland, June 6, 2022 — OccamFi is proud to announce WingRiders as the latest partner to launch its initial decentralized exchange (DEX) offering (IDO) on OccamRazer. WingRiders will debut the WRT token in June 2022, with the expected IDO in approximately four weeks. 

WingRiders is a DEX with its codebase powered by Vacuumlabs and native to the Cardano blockchain’s mainnet. With more than 60 million Cardano (ADA) in total liquidity, the DEX is already live on the mainnet. WingRiders is an infrastructure project focused on building a light, browser-based exchange and wallet integration possibility — e.g., NuFi — overall empowering decentralized applications and the need to transition from one token asset to another. 

OccamRazer will host WingRiders’ IDO. The OccamFi ecosystem and OccamRazer’s role in developing Cardano projects have united the two projects for collaboration.

The WingRiders platform has already brought many unique features to the Cardano ecosystem. Among them are ADA auto-staking in liquidity pools and ERC-20 protocol-based key assets wrapped as Ether (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC) and stablecoins USD Coin (USDC) and Tether (USDT). 

There is embedded integration with the staking platform NuFi that already supports three blockchains: Solana, Flow and Cardano. The DEX supports direct interactions with hardware wallets Trezor and Ledger, meaning it can be used on Android devices and bringing the currently supported wallets to eight total. 

The DEX supports ADA-to-token swaps and token-to-token swaps — i.e., a direct exchange, without the need to bridge through ADA. This fosters greater flexibility and better exchange rates for users. The team has had experience in Cardano since its inception, working with big names. Beyond virtual impact, the project is committed to building an ecology impact fund to support rewilding the earth.

The platform will be a decentralized autonomous organization governed by the community via the platform governance token. The WRT governance token will provide utility possibilities for tokenholders on the DEX, letting the community participate in key decision-making for the project’s development.
