Crypto entrepreneur and podcaster Anthony Pompliano has raised $750 million to take his crypto company ProCap public by merging it with a blank-check firm.

New York City-based Bitcoin investment company Parataxis Holdings is exploring a public listing via merging with SilverBox Corp IV, a special purpose acquisition company.

Anthony Pompliano’s fintech-focused SPAC, ProCap Acquisition Corp, rose 7% on its Nasdaq debut after bumping its IPO to $220 million a day before listing.
