Move-to-earn app Sweat Wallet announces its “1-1-1” experience, adding multichain support for Ethereum, Base, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum and Near while using SWEAT as a universal gas token.
Web3 has spent years talking about “mass adoption” and the “next billion users,” while most people still see crypto as complex and desktop-first. The next phase focuses on consumer crypto, which means products that solve everyday problems and feel as simple as mainstream mobile apps.
Many products do not address daily needs, remain laptop-centric in a world where most people live on mobile and present user experiences that assume deep technical knowledge. Newcomers face pressure to spend before they understand value, and multichain activity still feels like a maze of accounts, keys, bridges and gas tokens.
In this context, activity-linked tokens and mobile-native wallets create a path for crypto to grow as a mobile-first experience where onchain ownership starts from everyday movement and extends to broader participation.
Onchain ownership through movement
Sweat Foundation, which launched the Sweat Wallet app and the SWEAT token, aims to make the world more physically active by tokenizing movement. The team has announced a significant upgrade to the token’s economic design and framework.
Launched on Nov. 26, the “1-1-1” update brings a multichain experience for over 21 million SWEAT tokenholders. At the same time, the Foundation burned more than 600 million SWEAT tokens, bringing its total supply to less than 20 billion, 5% less than at launch 3 years ago. This burn will bring the total burned tokens to 3.5 billion, or approximately 17% of the total supply, proving that a robust business model can deliver deflationary tokenomics even when the total supply is uncapped.
In addition, Sweat Foundation has completed its registration as an ADGM-regulated DLT Foundation and attained MiCAR compliance. The team has announced a commitment to allocate 100% of project profits to open-market buybacks of the SWEAT token.

Sweat Foundation calls its multichain solution “1 1 1” — one wallet, one key and one token. The first pillar is one wallet for all supported chains. Users see a unified view of assets, and accounts are created on the fly. When someone holds the same token on more than one chain, the wallet aggregates those holdings into a single balance, so people avoid juggling different apps for different networks.
The second pillar is one key. A single master key manages accounts on every supported chain. Users can start with a key tied to a social login, then upgrade to a seed phrase or hardware wallet while their underlying accounts stay in place. Under the hood, a multiparty computation (MPC) network secures key material, but this key is upgradable without changing underlying accounts to future-proof the user's security.
The third pillar is one token. With 1-1-1, Sweat Wallet users can pay network fees on any supported chain for sends, swaps, bridges and DApp interactions in SWEAT, which they earn from their movement and engagement. The project describes this as the ability to “pay your fees with your feet” and to treat SWEAT as a universal gas token. For example, a user can hold NEAR and send a fixed dollar amount to a friend on Base in a single transaction, and the wallet handles everything in between. There is no need to do separate transactions for swaps, bridges and sends. And everything can be done without knowing what a gas token is, making complex actions “noob friendly.”
Milestones, token burns and roadmap
Sweat Foundation is also rolling out deeper integration of its AI assistant, MIA (Movement In Action), across onboarding, support and transaction analysis. WalletConnect support lets SWEAT tokenholders interact with DApps across Ethereum, Base, BSC, Arbitrum and Near while they pay blockchain fees with the same asset they earn from walking. A new AI-driven localization setup adds 28 widely requested languages, with plans to expand to more than 180 after the first wave is refined.
“Making consumer crypto a reality for the next billion people requires technology that feels indistinguishable from magic and a business model that’s simple to understand,” said Oleg Fomenko, co-founder of Sweat Foundation. “With 1-1-1, you don’t need to know what chain you’re on, what gas token you need, or how to move assets around. You simply use one wallet, one key — and you pay your fees with your feet.”
For Web3 and AI enthusiasts, the launch offers an example of chain abstraction and AI-driven UX in a live consumer product. The next wave of users may never need to discuss chain IDs or gas tokens and will simply be able to “walk into crypto.” They will talk about apps that help them move more and participate onchain with the same ease they expect from the rest of their digital life.
