Quant News

Quant (QNT) is the native token of Quant Network’s Overledger blockchain project and is used to power an entire ecosystem of distributed ledger networks created using Overledger’s highly modular architecture. QNT has a maximum supply of 14,612,493 tokens and is used to transact on the various multichain applications or MApps that are being introduced by enterprises and blockchain developers alike on the Quant Network.

The token is used to pay platform fees and annual licenses, and investors who want to benefit from any potential capital appreciation can invest in it. Based on the Ethereum network and an ERC-20 token itself, QNT’s base architecture underpins a whole host of other QRC-20 tokens that are being developed using Quant Network’s Tokenize platform.
