The results of the Bitcoin election run-off are in, and Oliver Janssens and Jim Harper are the newest members of the Bitcoin Foundation board.

That is the very basic summary of the Bitcoin Foundation’s “A Primer on Bitcoin Jurisdiction”, a document the foundation made freely available online Wednesday to help its members and other cryptocurrency startups tackle their legal obligations.

Jim Harper, the Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute, has recently begun working in partnership with the Bitcoin Foundation as global policy counsel to contribute some professional research to the development of Bitcoin.
